Job Description

A leading government contracting organization is seeking a full time  Recruiting Coordinator for a contract role (12-24 months) to support a team of 7-10 recruiters across various sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Create, edit, and extend offer letters
  • Initiate background checks, security prescreens, and drug screens
  • Support various ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
  • Gain hands-on experience across different talent acquisition segments
  • Schedule interviews (phone, video, in-person, travel)
  • Review job requisitions and assist in verifying applicant information
  • Troubleshoot platform-related IT issues
  • Complete expense reports for travel reimbursements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2+ years’ experience as a Recruiting Coordinator supporting a large team
  • Highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and process out-of-sequence tasks
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced in scheduling and facilitating Zoom meetings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused in a virtual work environment
  • Comfortable working with a geographically diverse team
