Position Details: Live-In, Live-Out, Part-Time

Live-In Details: Montauk NY aboard BrettAllie captains quarters with separate entrance wifi /TV A/C , full bathroom

Location: Merrick, NY

Days: Wed-Sunday (Time off Mondays and Tuesday when not traveling)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation: $700 to $1000 per Week

A Merrick NY family is looking for a steward/stewardess to help on their yacht with housekeeping, preparing light meals and general help with the yacht.

Main Work Duties: 

• Provide five-star service in both formal and informal settings, including meal and drink service, and table settings
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of interior guest areas, including cabins, salons, and bathrooms.
• Manage laundry duties including washing, ironing, and caring for delicate or designer garments.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as making beds, turndown service, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking toiletries and amenities.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, and assist in emergency procedures when needed.
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service tailored to the principal’s preferences.
• Prepare light meals 
• Help with the docking of the yacht
• Providing general help on the yacht, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Flexible and adaptable to long hours and changing environments.
• Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and table etiquette.
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience.
• Experience on yachts or cruise ships.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury service, or private households.
• Familiarity with fine dining, cocktail service, and wine pairing is a plus.
