**Job role:**
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the internal setup, integration, and optimization of software systems (including JobTread, QBO, Zapier, Make and others) to create streamlined workflows across teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, drive business goals, and ensure that data integrity and system performance are maintained.
**What you will do:**
* **Software Implementation & Configuration:** Manage the internal setup and configuration of key software tools, including JobTread, QBO, Zapier, Make, and other systems. Make sure our architecture is tidy and efficient, and fix bugs.
* **Process Development:** Work with the department leads to design and implement efficient workflows that support business objectives.
* **Data Management & Reporting:** Ensure data integrity, generate insights from analytics, and produce reports to guide business decisions.
* **Training & Support:** Provide training and ongoing support for team members and clients on new software tools and processes.
* **Software Optimization:** Regularly evaluate tools and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
* **Integration of Applications:** Facilitate the integration of various systems & API’s for a cohesive software ecosystem.
* **System Monitoring:** Oversee software updates, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage user access.
* **Collaboration & Engagement:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between systems and departmental goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, serving as a "hero" with a solutions-oriented mindset.
**What We’re Looking For:**
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in software implementation and project management, especially with tools commonly found in the Construction & Home Service space along with accounting software.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and data visualization and reporting.
* Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Experience in developing efficient workflows and working cross-functionally with teams.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Experience working in a US-based company.
* API and integration experience is required.
* Proficiency Tech Stack below:

* Make
* Quickbooks Online
* JobTread - not required (Will be the main platform)
* Microsoft Suite (all products)
**Tech Research & Implementation:**
