Wonderful Bay Area Family with a new baby due November 30th seek to hire a team of expert child caregivers to begin work on November 22nd.
We are seeking to fill (2) NCS slots and (2) long-term Nanny slots.
The NCS’s will work night-shifts and the Nannies will cover the day-shifts. The NCS’s will rest sleep in the Nanny’s room during the day while the Nanny works, and vice versa. The week on off rotating NCS’s will stay on until the infant is sleeping through the night at approximately three months of age, and possibly older. The Nannies will continue to rotate week on week off until the baby turns 12-18 months old, at which point, they will switch to a two week on off rotational schedule. NCS’s should be certified and have minimum 8plus years NCS experience. Nanny applicants must have previous experience with infants, toddlers and pre-school aged children. Child development or ECE degree holders preferred.
