Job Description

Job Functions:

• Convert approved Figma files into responsive pages in WordPress and Webflow.
• Build out custom features and functionality 
• Complete integrations between multiple pieces of software
• Configure plugins, apps, etc. for various uses 
• Complete revisions to the websites from the team and from the client 
• Optimize for Google Lighthouse scores

Performance Will Be Measured By:

• Number of bugs and errors on the pages you build
• Creativity of animations/interactions/effects
• Google Lighthouse scores
• Ability to meet deadlines 
• Ability to communicate well with our team and clients

Required Skills & Experience

Required:

• 5+ years of experience developing websites in either WordPress, Shopify, OR Webflow
• 1+ years of experience developing websites in WordPress, Shopify, AND Webflow
• Deep knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 

‍Helpful, but not required:

• Knowledge of Web Accessibility
• Knowledge of additional development frameworks such as React

Compensation Structure

This position is occasionally offered at both a monthly salary or as a per-project fixed rate.

The monthly salary option is available to developers who are experts in Wordpress, Webflow, AND Shopify.

The per-project fixed rates are available to developers who are experts in just one of these tools.

Other Details

- Must be a fluent English speaker

- Must be willing to work during US business hours
