Bear Mountain Endeavours LLC develops systems to enhance trust through science. Our platform provides psychometric-based collaboration systems to enhance team and individual performance through interpersonal relationships and organizationally fostering greater connectivity, communications, and trust. Our global team engages and collaborates to create scalable systems for organizational development, leadership development and high-performance cultures.

Bear Mountain Endeavours LLC, a fully remote company, is currently seeking a Web Software Engineer to help develop its products.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
• Great verbal and written communications skills.
• Software development experience, including 2+ years in NextJS/React and 1+ years in Python. 
• Experience writing new systems and extending/debugging existing ones.
  
• Experience working with relational and no-sql databases.

ROLE DELIVERABLES: 

• Quality Code and On-Time Live Delivery of Product Features.
• Consistent Improvement and Investment in the State of our Art.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering Staff.
• Provide Task Estimates to team members and Project Management.
• Write technical specifications to meet Product Design requirements when necessary.
• Write system and unit testing code to meet technical specifications, and work to meet estimates where possible. Incorporate team feedback to shape solutions to meet product timelines.
• Incorporate and provide feedback into the engineering team about better ways to work together and to improve the state of the art.
