Warehouse/Fleet Manager

A local roofing contractor is looking to bring on a Warehouse/Fleet Manager. The ideal candidate should have a management background with organizational skills

Warehouse/Fleet Manager Responsibilities

* Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of our fleet of vehicles to ensure their efficient and safe operation.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the service life of vehicles.
* Assist in the purchasing process of materials and equipment, analyzing cost-effectiveness and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
* Manage and mentor the fleet maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and high-quality workmanship.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source necessary parts, equipment, and services at competitive prices.

Warehouse/Fleet Manager Qualifications

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet and warehouse management
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and vehicle electrical systems
* Ability to analyze and optimize maintenance processes and procedures.
* A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* Team player capable of 360 Management
