Hours: 4:00 pm-12:30 am
Pay: $23.00 + 10%
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating flow of materials into and out of York Warehouse in conjunction with internal and external partners in Production, Purchasing, QA, and Distribution.
JOB SUMMARY
1. Timely planning of manufacturing orders with internal and external partners to maintain stock levels packaging and raw materials used in production.
2. As needed, coordinate a physical inventory/cycle count, including identification, resolution, and documentation of inventory issues. Troubleshoot as needed for timely solutions and long-term solutions for continuous improvement.
3. Work with Warehouse Supervisor and other staff/partners to identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and documentation errors in Warehouse Management System
4. Document and process any scrap or rejected materials in partnership with QA & Production.
5. Be able to cover any position in the Warehouse, including (on a limited basis) Supervisor, consistent with details of job duties in Levels Program.
6. Follow all company polices and procedures for safety, quality, and sanitation with regard to personnel, maintenance, and equipment.
7. May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically as business needs require
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
EXPECTATIONS
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Strong computer skills with knowledge of ERP and or/ WMS systems preferred
3. 3+ years experience in production environment with understanding of processes, materials management, and documentation
4. Strong communication skills with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
5. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis and to stand for several hours at a time
