OTR Reefer Truck Drivers Wanted

Position: OTR Reefer Truck Driver
Areas Driven: Lower 48 States
Schedule: Drivers are out for 3 weeks with 4-5 days home time

You qualify if:

• License: Valid Class A CDL
• Experience: Minimum 12 months of verifiable driving experience, including OTR
• Record: Clean driving record with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
• Violations: No major/serious violations in the last 3 years
• Accidents: 3 or fewer accidents in the last 3 years, no DOT recordable accidents

Pay attention:

• Our trucks are equipped with an APU inverter and a mattress, with space for additional amenities like a fridge or microwave
• Drivers run both days and nights, with OTR routes available

New Pay Structure: 74cpm

• Pay scale ranges from $0.60 to $0.70 per mile, with an additional $0.04 safety bonus
• Pay increases based on experience, up to $0.70 per mile for drivers with 5+ years

Average:

• Solo drivers can earn up to $0.70 per mile, while team drivers can earn up to $0.79 per mile
• Mileage varies but typically ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly for solo drivers
• Sign-on bonus of $2,500 after 90 days
