Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting data enrichment tasks for a healthcare client, ensuring the highest quality of work and contributing to the overall quality control process.

What You'll Do:
Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases for accurate cross-checking.
Review and complete enrichment tasks as outlined in your training.
Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Execute tasks with timeliness and a focus on quality.
Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
Willingness to work with both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating the ability to work with changing processes and information.
Capable of working independently or as an enthusiastic team member.
A reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection.
Proficiency with computers is preferred.
