In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting data enrichment tasks for a healthcare client, contributing to quality control, and maintaining high standards of accuracy in your work.

What You'll Do:
Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring excellent communication.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases.
Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined by client training.
Conduct data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ensure timely and quality execution of all tasks.
Be open to performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Willingness to work with both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with a knack for navigating process and information changes.
Ability to work independently or as an engaged team member.
Capability to support a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
A computer-savvy individual is preferred.
Pay Rate:
$16 USD/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 45,000.00 Per Year
