What You'll Do:
Voice and Non-Voice Processes: Engage in tasks that may involve managing inbound or outbound calls professionally.
Data Verification: Verify information provided to our clients using online databases and cross-checking with third-party entities.
Task Management: Review and complete data enrichment tasks as defined and trained.
Quality Control: Ensure the timely and quality execution of tasks, contributing to our overall quality control process.
Information Accuracy: Handle data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Adaptable Duties: Perform additional duties and tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
Versatile Worker: Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Availability: Ready to work 40 hours per week starting immediately.
Adaptability: Ability to handle process and information changes with ease.
Team Player: Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Tech-Savvy: Must support a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection and be proficient with computers.
