We are looking for a Voice Data Entry Agent to join our Data Enrichment team and support key data tasks for one of our healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in voice and non-voice data processes as needed.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases and cross-referencing systems.
Review and complete data enrichment tasks according to client instructions and training.
Perform data entry, vendor verification, board certifications, and follow up with state boards for updates on certifications.
Ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $16 USD per hour

Experience: Experience in a call center, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers and able to work in a remote, tech-enabled environment.
Stable Internet Connection: A reliable internet setup is a must for this work-from-home position.
