Job Title: Virtual Office Assistant

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, all while working remotely. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital filing systems.
  • Assist with project management tasks and follow-ups.

Qualifications:
