Join our team in a fulfilling, long-term work-from-home role as a Virtual Bookkeeper! We're seeking a meticulous individual who thrives in organizing and managing details while staying out of the limelight. Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage regularly scheduled reports utilizing advanced Excel skills.
• Take on bookkeeping duties, including handling accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, and keeping financial records accurate.
• Coordinate tasks related to office management to maximize workplace efficiency.
• Offer broad administrative support to our team.

Qualifications:

• Proven background as a bookkeeper, administrative assistant or similar role.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting concepts.
• Excellent skills in organization and time management.
• Must be completely fluent in English.
• Should have a robust background in Excel and bookkeeping.
• Required availability from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
