Job Description

1. Female, aged 22-35, full-time undergraduate or above from a university, majoring in Vietnamese.
2. adheres to professional ethics, proactive in work, cheerful, good at communication, able to think from the customer's perspective.
3. Good Vietnamese listening skills strong oral expression, able to fluently communicate with Vietnamese customers over the phone. Standard Vietnamese writing skills.
4. Rich experience and strong ability in independently developing customers the network. 1. Responsible for interacting with customers for sales-related tasks; 2. Responsible for customer order management, tracking, coordinating and handling production progress; 3. Responsible for communicating with production control, understanding raw material inventory and production status before confirming customer orders; 4. Responsible for customer relationship management, including follow-up and handling of major customer complaints; 5. Responsible for preparing related work before placing orders for new projects
