Position: Full-Time On-Site Videographer/Photographer

Location: Oregon (frequent travelling)

Salary: $50k-$60k (Could go beyond that depending on your experience)

Our dynamic digital marketing team is seeking an experienced professional to join our team! This on-site position requires a creative individual who can bring our clients' visions to life through exceptional videography and photography.

• Develop, film, and produce videos for promotional, marketing, vacation rental, and company purposes, suitable for multi-platform use and distribution across websites, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo, and more.
• Edit audio and sound design on various projects, ensuring high-quality final products.
• Conduct meticulous photo shoots and video recordings for high-end residential properties, ensuring each image and video captures the essence of the property.
• Utilize advanced photography and videography techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to produce superior quality images and videos.
• Manage media assets and archive, keeping them organized and easily accessible.
• Serve as the go-to person for all things video and photo, providing expertise and guidance to the team.

• Strong experience with video editing software, including Final Cut, Da Vinci, Adobe Creative Suite video products (Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Experience with Matterport
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, transitions, and pacing.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and how to leverage them for maximum impact.
• Drone experience is a must.
• Highly organized and reliable, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
