About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, adventure, and storytelling, with a strong ability to edit high-quality, engaging video content for digital platforms. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Enhance raw footage by adding graphics, motion effects, color grading, and audio enhancements.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form, engaging clips for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts aligned with the brand’s identity and goals.
• Stay updated on video editing trends and best practices to optimize content performance.
• Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and version control.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably within the fitness, outdoor, or lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to edit for multiple platforms and formats, including short-form and long-form content.
• Creative storytelling skills with an eye for pacing, composition, and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media content creation and optimization is a plus.
