Vehicle Acquisition Specialist -Buying Center Representative-Dealership BDC New Port Richey, Florida Jacobs Mitsubishi & Motorsports is a rapidly growing Pasco auto dealer with nationwide clientele, catering to all tastes and budgets, but specializing in the high-end & exotic pre-owned market in addition to new Mitsubishi's. Vehicle Buying Center Representative / Franchise Automotive Dealer We're excited to add a Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist / Buying Center Representative to our team. As a dealer, we of course can't sell cars without first buying them. Traditionally dealers have sourced their inventory from local trade-ins or via a dealer-dealer auction network. Since local cars sell the fastest we've expanded to include a direct from the public purchase program similar in concept to what we're all familiar with at Carmax, "we'll buy your car even if you don't buy ours". We're seeking the right candidate to help support this effort by working with local private party sellers in order to purchase their vehicles for our inventory.

Responsibilities - VBC Representative:

• Responding to inbound internet inquiries from eager sellers.
• Making outbound calls to private party sellers who advertise desirable vehicles for sale.
• Setting appointments to appraise vehicles of potential interest.
• Presenting offers for purchase to clients.
• Completing minimal amounts of purchase-related documents.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - VBC Associate:

• VALID U.S. Drivers License
• Call Center/Telephone Sales/Customer Service experience preferred
• Bi-lingual is a definite PLUS!
• Enthusiastic and energetic with good computer skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
