**Job Title: Vacation Advisor**

Are you passionate about helping others and eager to work in a dynamic call center environment? We're looking for a dedicated Vacation Advisor to join our team! In this role, you'll create memorable experiences for our members, assisting them before and during their vacations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Recommend suitable options and provide vacation planning services.
- Confirm resort reservations for various destinations.
- Participate in a paid training program with multiple performance assessments.

This is an hourly position in a high-volume inbound contact center based in Celebration, FL. You'll enjoy a blend of on-site and remote work, based on operational needs. When working from home, a functional private workspace with high-speed internet is required.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in hotels, travel, or national exchange company reservations.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft products.
- Ability to navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications.
- Strong desire to engage with members and provide excellent guest service.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work both on-site in Celebration, FL, and remotely.
