UX/UI Designer

6-12 Months

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Day one onsite)

Must Have Skills:
UX/UI, UX architecture, Axure RP, Figma, Photoshop Suite, Zeplin, Pendo, and Google Analytics, WCAG 2.2 AA

UX/UI Designer with the following skillset:

1. We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team.
2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX architecture and a passion for creating user-cantered designs.
3. This role involves collaborating with developers, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, front-end compliance, and alignment with business goals.
4. 4+ years of UX/UI experience, with at least 1 year in UX architecture.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Expertise in Axure RP, Figma, Photoshop Suite, Zeplin, Pendo, and Google Analytics.
2. Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and remediation.
3. Experience with enterprise design systems and UX governance.

Secondary Skills:

1. Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
2. Proven ability to influence UX strategy and standards at an enterprise level.
3. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with usability testing and data-driven design improvements.
4. Familiarity with maintaining style and branding guides for digital products.
