Job Title: UX Researcher

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a UX research strategy aligned with business needs.
• Conduct user research via testing, focus groups, surveys, and interviews.
• Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Create formal reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure research drives product decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field.
• Strong expertise in user testing methodologies, survey design, and qualitative/quantitative research techniques.
• Proficiency in UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Lookback, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Experience in synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives and presentations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering research insights to cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or other design collaboration tools.
