Location: Saint Paul, MinnesotaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourWe're seeking a seasoned, self-driven UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for internal business tools and applications. You'll be part of a small, high-impact internal team that functions like a startup-rapidly developing solutions that streamline workflows, surface insights, and empower teams across the organization.With an MVP mindset, we prioritize speed and iteration while building toward a long-term product vision. In this role, you'll own the full design process-from concept to developer handoff-ensuring usability, clarity, and visual polish at every step.Responsibilities: End-to-end design ownership - From wireframes to prototypes to dev-ready assets. Experience with complex, data-heavy interfaces - Dashboards, metrics, visualizations, and workflows. Speed + quality - You deliver quickly without sacrificing thoughtful design. Strong collaboration - You work seamlessly with product managers, engineers, and end users. Qualifications: Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff). Comfortable designing within Bootstrap constraints. Portfolio of UX/UI work focused on dashboards or business tools. Experience designing for interactivity and data (charts, graphs, tables, etc.) Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript or frameworks like Vue.js. Experience with REST APIs and dynamic user flows. Agile or MVP environment experience. Usability testing and rapid prototyping.
