High school diploma/GED and two or more years of experience in heavy equipment operation and in utility line construction and maintenance OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License. Must possess a valid Texas Commercial Driver's License Class B. Must possess a Class I Wastewater Collection Certification and a Class I Water Distribution Certification or must obtain within one (1) year of employment.
