Our client is hiring a UI/UX Designer to join their team. This is a

fully onsite role in Phoenix, AZ and is contract-to-hire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered

digital experiences that enhance the usability and aesthetics of digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and

business goals.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and

mobile applications.

• Manage the website experience, ensuring it\'s optimized for

usability, performance, and conversion.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and

iterate on designs.

• Create and maintain design specifications, style guides, and design

systems.

• Utilize design tools such as Sketch and Figma to develop

high-quality mockups and prototypes.

• Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize layout, userflows, and

content for better engagement and conversions.

• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices

and platforms.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user

experience and interface design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a

related field.

• Proven experience in user experience design and user interface

design.

• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe

Creative Suite.

• Experience in front-end technologies including HTML and CSS.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability

best practices.

• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively

communicate design concepts.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
