Trust & Estates Associate Attorney

Established law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to add to their growing team! Locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Open to remote candidates who reside in MA or NH.

Trust & Estates Associate Attorney Requirements:

5+ years experience in high asset Trust & Estates
Experience in trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, succession planning, federal estate tax returns
Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner
Able to handle sensitive and complex client matters
Strong academic background preferred
Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
Licensed in MA in good standing
