Trust & Estates Associate Attorney

Established law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to add to their growing team! Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in Trust & Estates practice.

Trust & Estates Associate Attorney Requirements:

5+ years experience in Trust & Estates
Experience in trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, succession planning, estate tax experience
Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner
Able to handle sensitive and complex client matters
Strong academic background preferred
Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
Licensed in CA in good standing
