What You'll Do:

Assist clients with all aspects of trust and estate planning, including wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies.
Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents to ensure they accurately reflect client wishes.
Clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients in a way that is easy to understand.
Manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to provide comprehensive estate planning solutions.
Who You Are:

A licensed attorney in Oregon with at least 4 years of experience in Trust & Estate Law.
Passionate about helping clients achieve their estate planning goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain legal matters to clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 130,000.00 Per Year
