What You'll Do:

Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of trust and estate planning.
Draft Essential Documents: Craft wills, trusts, and other legal documents to protect clients' assets and ensure their legacies.
Navigate the Legal System: Handle probate court proceedings and ensure the smooth administration of trusts and estates.
Communicate with Clarity: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and at ease throughout the process.
Manage Your Caseload: Effectively manage a variety of cases and meet deadlines efficiently.
Are you a perfect match?

You have at least 4 years of experience in Trust & Estate law.
You're a licensed attorney in good standing with the Oregon Bar.
You have a client-focused approach and prioritize clear communication.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You're a highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
