Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A).
• At least 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the past 24 months.
• Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.

10‑4 Logistics USA is hiring a Regional Class A driver to operate regional over‑the‑road (OTR) runs hauling 100% dry van, no‑touch freight. Routes typically include a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook assignments (approximately 60%). The role requires safe, compliant operation of company equipment while meeting delivery schedules and company performance expectations.

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Execute assigned regional OTR routes for dry van, no‑touch freight, with frequent drop‑and‑hook operations to meet schedules and delivery requirements.
• Perform thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; promptly report defects and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and electronic logging device (ELD) entries.
• Follow cargo securement and handling procedures where applicable; adhere to drop‑and‑hook protocols.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and maintenance personnel.
• Apply fuel management, routing, and on‑road safety best practices to maximize efficiency and safety.

Compensation & schedule

• Training pay: $650 during a four‑week in‑cab training period with a trainer.
• Base pay after training: $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience‑dependent).
• Performance bonus: $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly.
• Typical home time: weekly.
• Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 (USD), dependent on miles and performance.
