Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting travel nurses
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ required

Responsibilities

  • Formulate effective recruiting strategies utilizing diverse recruitment tools to identify qualified Travel Registered Nurse candidates.
  • Handle incoming calls from Travel Registered Nurse candidates expressing interest in travel assignments.
  • Proactively reach out to potential Travel Registered Nurse candidates via outbound calls, text messages, and emails to establish a pipeline for future placements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for a designated team of Travel Registered Nurse candidates, providing support from initial contact through their employment duration.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with Travel Registered Nurse candidates to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate strong drive to achieve goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Evaluate Travel Registered Nurse candidates' strengths, preferences, and needs to align them with suitable opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication and offer guidance through various channels, including email, phone, technology platforms, and occasional face-to-face interactions.
  • Educate Travel Registered Nurse candidates on compensation and benefits packages, highlighting the advantages of a travel nursing career.
  • Independently manage tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing urgency.
  • Clearly outline wage rates, per diem, and employment terms to secure commitment from Travel Registered Nurse candidates for current and future job placements.
  • Oversee pre-employment processes, including resume building, reference checks, and necessary screenings.
  • Generate leads through strategic planning, referrals, and diverse recruiting channels.
  • Support HR in ensuring compliance by tracking and updating certifications, medical records, and employment documents.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database with contact details, qualifications, and compliance records.
  • Regularly check in with contract employees throughout their assignments.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Team to target key facility accounts, assess staffing needs, and match clinical skill sets accordingly
