Job Description

Our team is looking for an individual who is highly driven and possesses strong attention to detail to fill the position of Travel Consultant.  In this role, you will be tasked with assisting clients in organizing and reserving travel arrangements, such as flights, accommodations, and other activities.  Previous experience in the travel industry is not a requirement as we will provide you with the essential training and support needed to succeed in this role.

Position Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers.
• Understand the wants, needs, preferences, and budget of each client.
• Research and book all trip plans as needed by clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients before and after their experience  
• Create Quotes, Itineraries, and Invoices for clients.  This may include the booking of hotels/resorts, Airline tickets, Transfers, Tours, Cruises, Car rentals, Concerts, etc…

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 and Older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Must have a reliable internet connection, computer and/or smartphone.
• Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office/Google Docs/Google Sheets and web based applications
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with remote training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
