This role will be 25 hours/ week, Monday-Friday from 10a-3pCT. Fully remote! The Traffic Coordinator will serve as the link between marketing teams, ensuring the smooth flow of projects from initiation to completion. This role focuses on prioritizing, assigning, and tracking tasks across creative, digital, and communications teams to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality deliverables. Traffic Coordinator Responsibilities: Task Coordination- collaborate with marketing team leads to plan and prioritize work based on needs/deadlines, scope new tasks and monitor progress Track Status - Updating Asana as project progresses, update stakeholders and identify potential issues. Traffic Coordinator Requirements: Ideally 1-3 years of traffic/project experience Proficiency in Asana or another PM tool Strong organization and communication skills In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
