We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tractor Trailer Driver with a CDL Class A license to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor trailer to transport goods between our local facitlies.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
• Assist with inventory management and organization within the warehouse.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding any issues or delays.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a tractor trailer driver.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience operating a Fork lift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs

• DOT Medical Card
• Driver's License
• Current CDL License
