Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Tractor Operator for a premier sod farm company located in the Claremore area, specializing in sodding and other erosion control measures . We currently have job openings for experienced tractor operators who can operate large and small tractors for tillage on farm locations as well as brush hogging and finish mowing to help maintain farm locations in addition to project sites.

Ideal candidates will be experienced individuals who are well-equipped in operating and performing their work safely and efficiently. Successful individuals will need to have experience operating small to large tractors or similar equipment.

Pay : $18 - $23/hr DOE

Schedule : 6:30a start time

Benefits : Full benefits once permanent: medical, dental, vision, life & 401K matching after (1) year

Responsibilities:

• Operate various sizes of tractors to perform any work required, including front-end loader and pull-behinds.
• Maintain accuracy of projects and adhere to safety standards at all times.
• Ability to assist with projects in the field including labor duties, relocating equipment and keeping record of maintenance / upkeep of equipment.
• Operate other equipment as required.
• Working in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• (3+) years of experience operating a tractor.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• CDL A preferred but not required.
