Requirements

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, often while under pressure
• Ability to compose correspondences professionally and concisely
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA accredited institution or Paralegal Certification
• 1-3 years experience in a Legal or Real Estate Setting
• 1-3 years experience of experience with Title Reviewing

Responsibilities:

• Corresponding with Title Companies and/or Law Offices on title related needs
• Working with internal Attorneys and Closers to prioritize files
• Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of the property
• Examine deeds, deed of trust, liens, judgments, easements and restrictions, etc.
• Determine if there are any underlying title issues that would prevent clear title for Lender
• Additional tasks, projects, or assignments as needed

• Bacolod site: Global Strategic Building, Fordland 2, 2nd & 4th Floor, 11th Street Lacson, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

• Mandaluyong site: Paragon Plaza L/G, 162 EDSA, Mandaluyong City, 1550 Metro Manila
