You’d like to do this:

BlueHalo is seeking a self-motivated, productive, and results-oriented Thermal Engineer to directly support the AFRL Thermal Laboratory. This role involves working within AFRL/RVSV (the Spacecraft Component Technology Branch in the Space Vehicles Directorate of AFRL) as a key member of the thermal lab, focusing on the development of next-generation spacecraft thermal control technology. Projects will encompass both hands-on and analytical tasks related to spacecraft heat transfer management. The successful candidate will lead certain aspects of day-to-day operations and experimental research, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team.

You’re required to have this:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant Science (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials, etc.) from an accredited four-year university.
• 0-5 years experience.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently, seeking support from team members when required.
• U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.

Preferred

• Master's Degree in related area.
