Aversan Inc. () is a reputable Engineering Company that provides Engineering expertise in the Aerospace and Defense industry. We are currently seeking a Test Systems Engineer to join our team for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients in the aerospace sector.
Position Title: Test Systems Engineer

Job Overview:
The Test Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated test systems and solutions for aerospace applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the systems meet all performance, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated test systems for various aerospace products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define test requirements and specifications.
• Conduct system-level testing, data analysis, and validation to ensure product performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test system issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
• Provide technical guidance and support during system installation and testing.
• Maintain and update test systems documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing automated test systems.
• Proficiency in test software development, particularly using LabVIEW or similar tools.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RF or avionics test systems.
• Knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Master’s degree in a related field.

Work Type: Hybrid (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-month contract (may end earlier based on project completion)
