Job Description

Location: 

• Understand functional requirements for the project Reg Reporting Test Scenarios creation Creates use cases, user stories and test scripts for functional requirements validations. 
• Defines testing phase entrance and exit criteria Automate testing process Facilitates environment readiness validation (connectivity, test data, user access etc) Coordinates/oversees validation of end-to-end business and system processes (starting from sourcing to rendering to data capture to reporting) Plans, coordinates, and executes system and user acceptance testing Communicates test plans, progress, issues, and risks to key project stakeholders. 
• Conducts requirements traceability and gap analysis Diagnoses problems and reports defects.
• Ensures that tests are successfully completed, documented, and resolved. 
• Use discretion and judgment to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data. 
• Coordinates Non-functional testing. 
• Coordinates between vendor and Comerica resources to ensure adequate Test Coverage for both functional and non-functional testing. 
• Coordinates Integration and Acceptance testing across all in-scope platforms/systems

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on testing experience

2+ years in a senior testing role Experience with testing ETL data transformations

3+ years of testing automation experience

Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to manage business relationships.

Proactive, great attention to detail, confident individual with ability to meet aggressive deadlines with commitment to quality.

Team player, willingness to help where and when needed. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and recommend resolutions.
