Job Summary:

Xavier University of Louisiana is accepting applications for the position of Telephone Systems Coordinator.  Provide a full range of telephone switchboard duties, including transferring calls and relaying messages.  Assists with clerical, technical and student printing.  May also provide reporting and/or taping of incoming telephone calls that may be a threat to stakeholders. AA/ EOE

Minimum Qualifications:

· High school diploma

· Basic understanding of troubleshooting telecommunications systems

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent speaking voice and love for helping others

· Superb customer service skills

· Knowledge of switchboards and telephone systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Conflict resolution prowess with clients needed
• Must have the ability to work with people at every level of the organization from entry-level to upper management
