We’re looking for a driven, client-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be guiding prospective clients through their tax resolution journey, helping them find the solutions they need to move forward with confidence. You’ll manage inbound and outbound leads, educate prospects, and use a consultative sales approach to close deals and build meaningful relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Use proven scripts to clearly communicate the benefits of our services.
• Tailor your conversations to each client’s unique needs and challenges.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our programs to offer custom-fit solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture leads and secure sales.
• Record all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Support onboarding and maintain client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights, strategies, and celebrate wins.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with a focused and organized approach.
• Take on additional tasks to support the success of the sales team.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience in tax resolution sales (required).
• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
• Adaptable and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and on a team.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
