We are looking for an experienced Telecommunications Manager to lead and oversee our company’s telecommunications strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of telecommunication systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to plan and manage our telecommunications needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s telecommunications strategies and policies.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication systems.
• Manage telecommunications staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for telecommunications equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and security standards in telecommunications operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a telecommunications management role.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems, including VoIP, wireless communication, and network infrastructure.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and standards.
• Technical certifications in telecommunications or related fields.
