Schedule: Mon - Fri, Hybrid Schedule, Requiring 3 days per week in the office at minimum
Location: Chandler, AZ 

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

• Serve as a liaison between the hiring team and candidates, ensuring both parties' expectations are clear and met
• Maintain thorough documentation on candidates, hiring decisions, and recruitment efforts
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, industry events, and various recruitment platforms to build a talent pipeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings, especially in specialized technical roles
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing feedback, clear timelines, and prompt communication
• Plan and conduct recruitment screening calls with the team and operations managers
• Conduct candidate phone screens and schedule interviews 
• Manage the Recruitment database
• Keep internal position and candidate trackers up to date and relay pertinent information to the team and management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working within the semiconductor industry, in any capacity
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience working in a team environment & collaborating to fulfill open requisitions 
• Strong communication skills, high integrity, flexibility, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferences:

• 3+ yrs experience in the Semiconductor Industry 
• 3+ yrs experience recruiting for Sr Field Service Engineers and Specialized Skillsets
• Experience with JazzHR
