Concept Plus is seeking a Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. Responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, validating security clearances, coordinating the onboarding candidates. In addition, requirements include meeting with hiring managers to assist in writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. The goal is to build a strong pipeline of technical talent and to hire and retain skilled professionals for our organization. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top engineering, business professionals, and operational leaders.
• Build trust and credibility with hiring managers and other key recruiting stakeholders as a subject matter expert and trusted strategic advisor for recruitment
• Provide regular progress updates on pipeline metrics and suggest improvements to processes and outcomes, with emphasis on scalability and quality
• Employ various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and career/industry events, to source potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills and high-level knowledge and experience.
• Manage and administer the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and initiate steps for onboarding.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a government contracting environment
• Advanced knowledge of digital, traditional, and innovative sourcing tools and channels.
• Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems. Experience with SuccessFactors SAP HR systems a plus.
• Motivated and adaptive team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Attention to detail with an ability to prioritize and execute work with sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ATS systems such as Jobvite and Paycom
• Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS
