Job Description

We are excited to invite a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Records Manager to join our dynamic Asset Management Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our well-regarded Records Team, ensuring that our aircraft and engine documentation meets both business and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly support our commitment to customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
Review commercial aircraft and engine records to ensure all documentation is complete and in compliance with business and regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline work processes and deliver high-quality, seamless customer service.
Utilize back-to-birth traceability experience to enhance the accuracy of records.
Conduct records research in coordination with airlines or other customers as needed.
Work independently with limited supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvements and strive to reduce turnaround times.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of life-limited records, including back-to-birth research requirements.
Qualifications:
A college degree is preferred.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) or technical records within the aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of Airworthiness Directives and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to solve problems effectively, even under pressure.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 115,000.00 Per Year
