Job Description

Americana is hiring a 2nd Shift Supervisor for their growing facility. Job Description: Supervisors are responsible for providing assistance to residents in areas such as mealtime, bathing, and preparing for the day and evening as well as are responsible for providing guidance, leadership and training to current and new employees. Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and instruction for caregivers during your shift
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Assist with providing resident care and administer medications
• Complete all necessary documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements: * Education: High School Diploma or GED is required * Experience:

• A minimum of two years of direct care experience is required
• One year of previous Supervisory or other applicable experience is preferred
• Previous experience with time and attendance or scheduling systems is preferred

* Shifts/Availability:

• Americana is specifically looking for a 2nd shift Supervisor
• Supervisors must have availability to rotate being On-Call
