Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated tax professionals to join our team at a fast-paced income tax office in Rancho Cucamonga. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in preparing individual and business tax returns, possess excellent customer service skills, and be knowledgeable about current tax laws. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals, families, and businesses
• Review financial information and documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
• Advise clients on tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Assist with tax audits and resolve issues related to tax filings
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax-related documents
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
• Mentor and support junior staff and tax preparers
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Experience in Tax experience preparation, with a strong understanding of individual and business taxes
• Must have CTEC credentials , Bond and PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number)
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax codes, tax software, and tax preparation procedures
• Experience working with a wide range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, and corporations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to explain complex tax issues to clients
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., ProSeries, Drake, Lacerte, etc.) is highly preferred
