As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team and help us take our operations to the next level. We are excited to expand our offerings with a new kitchen, and we are seeking a dedicated Lead to be a part of this exciting journey.

Position: Taproom Lead

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Act as keyholder/ Lead during scheduled shifts, overseeing the entire taproom operations.
• Provide food and drinks recommendations 
• Supervise staff, ensuring efficient operation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, bar, and taproom.
• Multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Elevate staff morale and set a positive example of business conduct.
• Train newly hired and existing staff through ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Proactively manage operations during shifts, including daily decision-making, staff support, customer interaction, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Handle opening and closing duties, balance cash drawers, run end-of-day reports, and communicate important notes and trends with management via daily logs.
• Frequently interact with customers to ensure top-notch service and address any complaints or issues.
• Ensure beverage/food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation.
• Work closely and collaboratively with FOB Director/ Ownership

General Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in the hospitality/service industry management 
• Ability to frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Proficiency in safely and effectively using necessary tools and equipment, including knives and blenders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency with office applications and email.

Preferences:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Basset certification, Cicerone certifications, food handlers ).
• Prior lead experience, particularly with managerial duties.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay + Tips ( based on experience)
