Job Description

We’re partnering with a thriving mid-sized creative marketing agency that’s seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting environment and keep things moving as they scale.

• Hourly range: $33-$36/hour

Responsibilities:

• Own interview scheduling for high volume active roles across creative, strategy, and operations
• Act as the point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and HRBPs
• Manage and update the ATS (Pinpoint) – ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Maintain candidate trackers (Google Docs) and assist in pulling recruitment reports
• Shepherd candidates during onsite interviews, acting as the face of the team
• Consolidate interview feedback and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
• Support process improvements and assist with light ATS optimization

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a recruiting or talent coordination role
• Comfortable juggling high-volume scheduling and multiple moving pieces
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, creative environment with shifting priorities
• Familiarity with agency life or marketing/creative industries is a big plus
• Experience with Pinpoint ATS is helpful but not required

• Strong, collaborative team culture with high visibility across the business
