Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or equivalent. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining system infrastructure while ensuring security and efficiency. Candidates must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage system infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Develop and enforce security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct system audits and implement updates to enhance functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
• Provide training and support to staff on system usage and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in system design, network configuration, and software integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
